ABOVE IS THE FLOOR PLAN. THE MAIN EVENT SPACE IS OVER 48,000 SQ. FEET, WITH AN ADDITIONAL 5,000 SQ. FEET IN THE VESTIBULE AND EATING AREA.
ALL EXHIBITOR/VENDOR BOOTHS ARE 10'X10' (100 SQ. FT), A DRAPED BACKDROP AND A SKIRTED TABLE. YOU ARE PERMITTED TO SET UP HOWEVER YOU MAY LIKE WITHING THAT 100 SQ. FOOT AREA, NOTHING MAY ENCROACH THE AISLE OR EMERGENCY EXIT ROUTE. ARTIST TABLES WILL BE A 6' TABLE IN AN 8' SPACE.

Any unopened, freshly made, edible vendor sales must reach out prior to moving forward. We are limited to what is permitted, contractually, on the premises, and are only permitting one vendor of each type (ice cream, jerky, smoothies, etc...).
If accepted, we will send you an invoice where you'll be able to purchase your space. Please be aware that exhibitor booths and/or artist alley tables are not reserved until payment is made. We reserve the unilateral right to deny your exhibitor application and refund your payments if in our sole discretion we consider you to be non-conforming to our event. We reserve the right to select booth/artist alley table placement based on what we feel fits our convention.
